		<description>This took me by surprise and is going to take serious consideration.  While I have several concerns with the State Office, I don&#039;t know if this is direction to go.  Politicians of a certain persuasion, especially in this state, have lots of &quot;answers&quot; for education and not much expertise.  It is already hard enough with legislative manipulation of the purse strings.  Everyone is an education champ, along with supporting mom and apple pie, but some governors have certainly been more help than others.  I worry about some of the others.  Let me think about this some more.  Your judgment is something I rely on, so I need to look closely.</description>
